ShoutBox Messages will be kept up to the end of November 2026, after which the data will be anonymised and archived.

Shoutbox Names and Messages can be removed or anonymised earlier, upon request.

Your contact information will be kept up to the end of November 2026 with your consent, and destroyed thereafter.

Should contact information be needed for longer, we will contact you to request consent again, before the end of November 2026.
